At Anna Vice Design, each piece is created with intention.
Our collections are produced in controlled, small-batch releases, with select pieces available for immediate shipment.

Shipping

Delivery timelines
U.S. & EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch

Pieces are released on a biweekly shipping schedule.

For made-to-order or limited pieces, please allow 2–4 weeks for dispatch prior to shipment.

Availability & Concierge

For time-sensitive requests or immediate availability, we recommend contacting our concierge prior to purchase.

In select cases, pieces may be available through a boutique partner near you.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is provided for eligible items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available based on inventory.

We recommend contacting us prior to returning your item to secure your preferred size or style.
